卢崇道，男，汉族，1979年生于新疆。理学博士，研究员，博士生导师。现就职于中国科学院新疆理化技术研究所。1996年9月－2000年7月就读于云南大学化学系，获得理学学士（化学专业）；2000年8月－2005年4月就读于中国科学院成都有机化学研究所，获得理学博士（有机化学）；2005年5月－2009年5月于佛罗里达州立大学（FSU）化学与生物化学系进行博士后研究，合作教授先后为：Armen Zakarian (已迁往UCSB) 和Robert A. Holton (FSU)。入选2009年中国科学院“百人计划” （类别：“引进国外杰出人才”），受聘于中国科学院新疆理化技术研究所。

主要研究领域：有机合成方法学，天然产物全合成等研究。

1. 有机合成方法学

发展新型高效高选择性的有机化学反应、以及手性助剂和不对称催化的应用，目标是扩展相关基础研究领域，使研究结果应用在生物活性天然产物和药物中间体的合成中。

2. 天然产物全合成

发展具有生物活性或特殊骨架的稀缺天然产物的化学合成。
