| 1984 年毕业兰州大学化学系 , 并于 1984-1990 年在兰州大学化学系相继获硕士及博士学位; 1990-1993 年在昆明植物研究所作博士后研究; 1993-1994 年在英国 Bristol 大学 从事 博士后工作; 1994-1996 年在昆明植物所任副研究员; 1996-1999 年 联合利华实验室先后任高级研究员和项目组长; 1998- 至今在中国科学院上海药物研究所任研究员,博士生导师。 |

| 科研成果: |
岳建民长期从事天然产物化学研究,在结构多样、新颖天然活性物质的发现,以及药物先导结构的优化、构效关系与功能研究中,取得了系统和创新性的成果。他对超过100种植物(含中草药)进行了系统的化学研究,获得2400个结构多样化的天然化合物,其中国际上首次发现的新化合物680个,特别是新骨架化合物63个(含骨架重排、降解、扩展等),并提出了其中51个新骨架化合物可能的生源形成途径。发现具有显著生物活性的化合物76个,并对其中11个进行了深入的结构优化和构效关系研究,得到新衍生物405个,有58个活性比其母体显著增强,由此获得3个创新药物候选结构,正在进行临床前研究。修正他人报道的天然化合物结构13个。已有23个新颖结构的化合物被国际权威刊物Natural Products Reports选为热点。 |
| 承担科研项目情况: |
| 主持完成和承担国家“973”课题,国家自然科学基金重点项目,中国科学院重要方向性项目等20余项。取得了一系列原创性的研究结果,包括发现化合物超过 680 个,一些新化合物基本骨架十分新颖;以及发现一系列具有重要生物活性的化合物或药物先导化合物,并对其中的一些进行了结构优化和合成。这些研究工作对药物先导化合物的发现具有推动作用,并为解决一些名贵中草药的重要化学和生物活性问题提供了理论基础。 |
