Ph.D. degree in Integrated Circuits and Systems Lab (ICSL) at UCLA.

He has more than eight years of US industrial experience, including Rockwell Science Center, Intel, Teradyne, Valence. He worked, as leads or members of design teams, on several CMOS RF and mixed-signal IC chips, including CMOS PLL for Pentium II, CMOS 802.11abg RF front-end chip, ADSL CMOS analog front-end chip, CMOS RF land mobile phone (FRS) front-end chip, CMOS GPS RF chip, etc. He went back to China in 2003 and joined ICT as a full professor.

Research Interests
His R&D interests are in the fields of wireless communication systems, CMOS RF circuit design, CMOS sensor design, wireless sensor networks, RFID chip and system.
