l         Visualization: scientific, medical and information visualization

l         Computer graphics: large urban environment acquisition, geometry representation and processing, accelerated rendering, artistic rendering  or non-photorealistic rendering (NPR), and sampling theory for antialiasing

l         User interface: sketch-based interface for modeling, rendering, and data manipulation

Applications: data and information analysis, digital architecture design, art and entertainment
