中国科学院“百人计划”入选者,研究员,博士生导师。2002年于中国科学院生物物理所获博士学位,之后在加拿大McGill大学从事博士后研究。2008年加入国家纳米科学中心。近年来,代表性工作主要发表在Blood,J Am Chem Soc, Angew Chem Int Ed, Biomaterials, Antioxidants Redox Signaling等专业期刊。


 研究领域:
  纳米肿瘤学和纳米生物效应
主要结合分子生物学、医学、化学和材料学等手段研究新兴的纳米生物医学基本规律,以生理和病理的视角研究在纳米尺度上新型材料与生物体的相互作用等纳米生物医学中的基本问题。
目前主要从事的研究方向
1.利用纳米技术研究肿瘤细胞与肿瘤微环境的相互作用以及其在肿瘤治疗中的应用;
2.生物分子指导的功能性纳米材料合成(生物-无机杂化)及其在生物医学上的应用;
3.膜囊泡系统在纳米材料生物效应中的关键作用以及纳米材料通透生物屏障的分子机制;
4.血细胞分化及其相关疾病的表观遗传学机制。
