徐柏青，男，1969年1月出生，博士，研究员，博士生导师，中国科学院青藏高原环境变化与地表过程重点实验室常务副主任。主要从事青藏高原雪冰－大气化学与气候环境变化研究。率先对中低纬度极高海拔冰芯包裹气体进行提取分析，并利用自行设计的仪器首次获得2000年来中低纬度大气甲烷记录；近年来，在青藏高原冰芯中开展碳质气溶胶的提取分析，研究近百年来燃烧排放对大气质量、热辐射平衡及雪冰下垫面的影响；利用冰芯、湖芯及现代植被有机分子同位素分析，研究气候变化及区域水循环机制。近年来承担国家973项目课题、国家自然科学基金项目、中科院知识创新工程重大项目等数项，在国内外SCI学术期刊及国内核心期刊发表学术论文70余篇，合作专著1部，设计仪器10 余套（件），获得专利4项。2005年被中国青藏高原研究会授予“第五届青藏高原青年科技奖”。
