马耀明,男,1964年7月生于山西省夏县。1983年考入兰州大学气象学专业学习,1987年获理学学士学位。1995年在中科院兰州高原大气所获理学硕士学位。2001年在日本国立冈山大学获大气物理专业博士学位。2006年在荷兰Wageningen大学获环境科学专业博士学位。前后12次赴国外开展短期合作研究。2002年4月在中科院寒区旱区环境与工程研究所晋升为研究员、博士生导师。2004年4月起任中科院青藏高原研究所研究员、博士生导师。现为中科院青藏高原研究所副所长、科研处长、中科院珠穆朗玛峰大气与环境综合观测研究站站长、甘肃省干旱气候变化与减灾重点实验室副主任、中国气象学会高原气象学委员会副主任委员、中国青藏高原研究会青藏高原气候与环境变化专业委员会主任委员、《高原气象》常务编委、第二届WCRP/CliC及第一届IUGG/IACS中国国家委员会委员、中日气象灾害合作研究中心专家组成员及分中心主任等。曾负责或参加国家重大科学研究计划项目、国家自然科学基金项目、重大国际合作项目以及中科院等部委委托项17项(作为负责人有15项),同时是重大国际合作研究计划“全球能量水循环亚洲季风青藏高原试验研究”(GAME-Tibet)和 “全球协调加强计划之亚澳季风青藏高原试验研究” (CAMP-Tibet)的中方总协调人之一。在执行这些项目时,以马耀明研究员为首的研究集体在条件十分艰苦的青藏高原和我国甘肃的戈壁沙漠地区建立了近10个综合观测实验站,取得了大量的观测资料。已在国内外重要期刊上发表论文70余篇(SCI收录35篇,EI 11 篇),其中第一作者40余篇(SCI收录17篇,EI 7 篇),并以第一作者出版英文专著1部。科研成果有:系统地分析并得到了藏北高原、海洋以及我国西北干旱和半干旱区近地(海)面加热场、地(海)表能量平衡、湍流谱分布、无量纲化方差相似性、整体输送系数、动力学和热力学粗糙度及热输送附加阻尼等能量输送及微气象特征,为在这些地区进行数值模拟研究和卫星遥感地表能量和水循环研究提供了有力的基本概念和参数;提出了2个利用卫星遥感和地面观测相结合估算区域地表热通量的参数化方案,并把其用于青藏高原地区和我国西北干旱和半干旱地区,计算得到了相关地区区域上的地表特征参数、植被参数及能量平衡各分量及蒸发量的分布图像。1995年获中国科学院自然科学一等奖(主要完成人之一),2002年获甘肃省气象学会科技论文一等奖,2004年起享受政府特殊津贴,2006年度气象科学和技术杰出青年奖,2008年国家杰出青年基金,2009年入选“新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选”。 |
