梁爱萍，男，中共党员，博士，研究员，博士生导师；中国科学院研究生院兼职教授，中国科学院动物研究所中国科学院动物进化与系统学重点实验室主任，蝉类研究组组长。
　　1988年毕业于西北农业大学（现西北农林科技大学）并获理学博士学位，1989－1991年在中国科学院动物研究所从事博士后研究，后留所工作，先后被聘为副研究员（1991年）、研究员（1996年）、首席研究员（2000年）及二级研究员（2007年），1994－1995年获Theodore Roosevelt Memorial Fund在美国自然历史博物馆（纽约市）从事博士后研究，1998－1999年获英国皇家学会Royal Fellowship在英国威尔士自然博物馆从事博士后研究，2005年9－12月获中国科学院留学基金在英国自然历史博物馆（伦敦市）作高级访问学者。2009年4－5月在澳大利亚CSIRO昆虫研究所（堪培拉）作高级访问学者。主要从事沫蝉总科Cercopoidea及蜡蝉总科Fulgoroidea（半翅目Hemiptera）昆虫的分类、形态学、系统发育及生物地理学研究。现兼任中国科学院动物进化与系统学重点实验室主任、动物研究所所学位委员会副主任、《动物分类学报》副主编及《中国科学院研究生院学报》、《昆虫分类学报》、Insect Science、Journal of the Kansas Entomological Society、Oriental Insects、Psyche、Zootaxa 等刊物编委、河北省无脊椎动物系统学与应用实验室学术委员等。曾获中国科学院自然科学一等奖、中国科学院青年科学家奖、政府特殊津贴等奖励。1999年获国家杰出青年科学基金。2003年入选中国科学院“百人计划”。2004年入选人事部“新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选”。
　　先后主持国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家杰出青年基金项目、中科院百人计划项目、中科院知识创新工程重要方向性项目、中科院青年科学家创新小组项目等多项课题。已在国内外学术刊物发表研究论文140余篇，其中发表在J. Zool. (Lond.)、J. Nat. Hist.、J. Exp. Biol.、Syst. Entomol.等刊物的SCI论文80余篇，主编中国动物地理学研究专集一册。现在中国科学院研究生院讲授《生物系统学原理与方法》研究生学位课程。已培养博士研究生9人、硕士研究生2人、博士后2人。目前在读博士研究生6人、硕士研究生2人。已毕业学生均已找到工作或出国继续深造。就业学生的工作单位包括中国科学院动物研究所、中国医学科学院药用植物研究所、中国疾病预防控制中心传染病所、Indiana State University (USA)、Aligarh Muslim University (India)、河北大学、黑龙江大学、广东海洋大学、贵州大学、河南出入境检验检疫局等。

　　曾获中国科学院自然科学一等奖（1995年）、陕西省教委科技进步一等奖（1991年）、中国科学院青年科学家奖（1997年）、政府特殊津贴（1998年）、周尧昆虫分类学奖励基金一等奖（2004年）。1999年入选中国科学院青年科学家小组。1999年获国家杰出青年科学基金。2003年入选中国科学院“百人计划”。2004年入选人事部“新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选”。
