张爱民,博士,研究员,植物细胞与染色体工程国家重点实验室副主任。
1989年在北京农业大学获博士学位。1993年在北京农业大学农学系任教授,2000年获“国家杰出青年基金”资助,同年入选中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所“百人计划”,2001年到遗传与发育生物学研究所工作。
主要研究方向:
1)小麦分子育种及品种分子设计
开展小麦品质遗传的研究,通过创造小麦高低分子量麦谷蛋白亚基突变体,深入研究低分子量麦谷蛋白亚基突变体的遗传机制及其品质效应。建立小麦高低分子量麦谷蛋白亚基基因的分子标记,开展分子标记辅助选择的研究。开展小麦抗盐抗旱的分子遗传研究,主要目标为克隆小麦SOS途径的主要基因并深入开展功能研究。
2)植物雄性不育分子机理与比较线粒体基因组学
研究建立小麦雄性不育恢复基因、小麦光温敏雄性不育基因的分子标记、开展恢复基因及不育基因的标记辅助选择。研究利用三系、两系和化学杂交剂技术培育杂交种的技术和方法。比较研究雄性不育与可育的线粒体基因组和蛋白组,力图阐明细胞质雄性不育发生的分子机理。
